Аннотация

В условиях глобального роста населения, которое к 2050 году может увеличиться на 2 миллиарда человек, потребность в продовольствии возрастет на 60%. Для аграрной экономики это создает вызов, требующий перехода от традиционных методов планирования к высокоточным цифровым моделям. Машинное обучение становится «сельскохозяйственным ускорителем», позволяя оптимизировать производственные циклы и минимизировать экономические риски. Целью работы является исследование эффективности применения алгоритмов машинного обучения для прогнозирования ключевых экономических показателей аграрного сектора. В исследовании использованы методы интеллектуального анализа данных, включая алгоритмы случайного леса, метод опорных векторов и градиентный бустинг. Оценка точности моделей проводилась на основе средней абсолютной процентной ошибки. Установлено, что применение ансамблевых методов обеспечивает точность прогнозирования урожайности и рыночных цен с погрешностью не более 10%. Анализ данных показывает, что внедрение технологий искусственного интеллекта способствует росту совокупной факторной производительности аграрных предприятий, сокращая расходы на логистику и ресурсы (удобрения, воду). Выявлено, что внешние факторы, такие как погодные условия, оказывают более значимое влияние на точность прогноза, чем генотип почвы. Полученные модели могут быть использованы фермерскими хозяйствами и государственными органами для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений, обеспечения продовольственной безопасности и повышения конкурентоспособности агропромышленного комплекса на мировом рынке.
